Lovely location in very attractive village of Santa Pau. Great views from garden. Handy for walking in La Garrontxa and also handy for our onward trip to Costa Brava.

We loved the feel of this small hotel, very family. Our room was spotless and immaculate and it came with covered terrace on the other as well as toiletries. The location of the property was stunning - at a walking distance from Cooperativa la Fageda. Our stay there was amazing.

We explored the mesmerizing volcanic landscapes and scenic trails of the nearby Nature Reserve, immersing ourselves in the rugged beauty of the area. The hotel's central location in the idyllic town of Santa Pau made it easy for us to venture out and discover this stunning region. The spacious rooms were beautifully decorated with antique furnishings and artwork, creating a charming and cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed the abundance of amenities provided, including the large TV, reliable Wi-Fi, and ample storage space. The friendly staff made us feel at home, and the breakfast spread filled us with delight each morning. Quirky, but so relaxing! After the hustle and bustle of the city, it was a breath of fresh air to stay at this charming hotel in a medieval village. the rooms were comfortable and quiet, with stunning views of the mountains. the breakfast was substantial, setting us up for the day ahead. We particularly enjoyed lounging on the lawns, taking in the peaceful surroundings. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the hotel is located in a great area for walking and exploring. Highly recommended!

I gotta say, for the price we paid, we got amazing value at Cal Sastre. The superior room had everything we needed and more. Plus, the location couldn't be better if you want to explore the beautiful surroundings. The staff treated us like royalty, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home. Kudos to them!

The breakfast could use a little improvement, especially when it comes to variety.
